A Republican politician (Mitt), decried the fact that America is becoming an "Entitlement" society, where citizens feel entitled to government benefits. Well, I feel entitled to Social Security and Medicare in exactly the same way I am entitled to an order of fries after I hand the McDonald's girl a dollar (plus tax). I've been paying for those government programs since my first paycheck in 1974. (Blueville Nursery, a bad place to work) Unlike Mr. Mitt, my social/economic class will need those government programs if we ever get old, and yes, we are entitled.
